Policies

All services are by appointment only.

Appointment times represent the time the treatment itself is slated to begin and end.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time, so that we are ready to begin on time. Your treatment time may need to be shortened if you are late. You would still responsible for the full cost of the scheduled service.

If you are more than fifteen minutes late, you may be considered a no-show and lose your appointment reservation. You would still be responsible for the cost of the scheduled service.

This ensures all clients are able to be seen at the time they are scheduled.

Cancellations require a minimum of twenty-four hours’ notice.

Client is responsible for payment of the full cost of missed appointments, including cancellations with less than twenty-four hours’ notice.

I reserve the right to require prepayment for services, or discontinue future treatments, due to missed appointments.

I reserve the right to refuse treatment for any reason.

Prepaid packages and gift certificates are non-refundable.
